Sažetak
The subject of this work is a project of technological improvement of a Europe based company. The manufacturing strategy used in the process suggested reengineering to be the viable solution of the problem. The expert team engaged has created a project of technological improvement solutions, necessary changes in the organizational structure, and employee education. Presently, the implementation results have surpassed the expectations.
