Sažetak
In this paper a mathematical model of error temporal distortion, using a motion vector in a video signal that is transmitted across communication channel in an error prone environment is presented. In the first part of the paper a video transmission system of a mobile channel is described, as well as variables important for the system. Then is presented a channel model with error, and error propagation through video signal and in the special section corruption propagation due to motion compensation. The last part of the paper gives a logical scheme of the simulation model, as well as results of the simulation on that model and discussion. The main contribution of this paper is development of the analytical model that describes temporal corruption propagation during transmission of the video signal in an error prone environment.
