Sažetak
All aspects of project management are subject of researching for a long time. Important researching is about minimising overall project time and cost. Satisfying customer requirements: project finishing on time, on the budget and with performance requirements is crucial task and for enterprises is significantly intensified demands for survival of any business systems on the market competition environment. Today, Croatian enterprises are capable to build complex object that can satisfy international criteria but in the same time they cannot keep dates and costs from the contract. So, necessity is to develop procedures and methods, which will allow better managing of costs, times and resources under the influence of risks. One of the most important goals is how to keep due dates from the contract and to accomplish obligations towards customers/investors because enterprise has to retain customer trust and position on the market and to realise advantage in the comparison with concurrent. To develop successful model for project duration decreasing and to avoid overruns from the contract the necessity is to define factors that have influence on the project. The model for project duration decreasing which is applied on line diagrams will be shown through the paper.
