Sažetak
Osteolitske lezije u kostima prijete patološkim frakturama i nižim vrijednostima hematoloških parametara. Povišenje kromogranina A (CgA) je faktor rizika osteolize i to 5-10 mjeseci prije pojave lize u kostima. Isto tako bolesnici s niskom vrijednosti PSA/PAP (<2, a posebno s invertiranom vrijednosti <1)kandidati su za pojavu osteolize. Faktori rizika upućuju na ranu promjenu terapije prije pojave osteolitskih promjena.
