Sažetak
Every day, regardless of private or business reasons, communication is used to transfer information, achieve goals, etc. Every day it is more pronounced, especially in today's era of accelerated digitization and internet. Tourists are looking more and more for sustainability and green business during their trips. The purpose of this paper is to make a theoretical framework and to determine the role of communication and sustainability in hotel business operations and to investigate their mutual connection. Desk research was used when analyzing the collected papers for writing this theoretical framework. The results of this paper indicate that adequate communication has a positive effect on hotel business, and tourists perceive the promotion of hotel business sustainability as a positive feature. Based on the analyzed papers, it can be concluded that the connection between communication and sustainability is of great importance in the hotel business.
