Sažetak
The main aim of this paper is to determine the level of job involvement in the Croatian hotel industry and investigate the interrelationship between the different types of contracts and job involvement. This research aims to determine the size and extent of job involvement between the employees with a standard (full-time) and the employees with a non-standard employment contract. Research results are based on confirmatory factor analysis methods, descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, frequency) and t-tests. The survey was conducted among the employees (n=228) in the hotel industry along the Adriatic coast during the summer season of 2022. The research result indicated that the type of contract significantly affects job involvement
