Sažetak
The paper gives a brief overview of the rules of a Croatian Bankruptcy Act that regulate the avoidance of legal actions of an insolvent debtor in bankruptcy proceedings and gives an assessment of the extent to which these rules should be changed in order to harmonize them with the proposed provisions of the Model Law on Harmonization of Transactions Avoidance Law, which are made as a recommendation for all Member States of the European Union.
