Sažetak
We presented recent advances of in-situ nanoparticle diagnostics: Fourier transormed IR spectroscopy, optical spectroscopy, higher harmonics analysis, Mie-elipsometry, ion energy distribution via plasma energy analyser, mass spectroscopy...Combining these complementyry techniques allows us better insight in the complex field of plasma induced nanoparticle growth processes. The results lead us as well to astronomy as to nanotechnology.
