Sažetak
In the 80s, Yugoslavia was in a deep crisis. Due to limited space, only some indications of the problem are shown in the presentation, which should illustrate the overall problem. The scale of the crisis that reigned in Yugoslavia at that time cannot be fully explained without all its elements. Here the emphasis is placed on the economic part of the problem and attempts to solve it. The paradox in observing this problem arises when observing the relationship between crisis and solidarity within the system. According to its definition, the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia was primarily supposed to provide an institutionalized system of economic support to its population and, through self-management, lead to the creation of the best form of socio-economic model. However, the beginning of the 80s showed that this model does not produce results. In the absence of adequate solutions to the crisis, extralegal practices appear, which the government turns a blind eye to in order to make life easier for the population. This form of easing the situation can be called solidarity.
