Sažetak
Massive localized lymphedema (MLL) is a large, benign and painless lymphadematous mass seen in middle-aged morbidly obese adults, most commonly on the medial thigh. Although benign, the diagnosis can be challenging since malignant tumors such as liposarcoma are present in the same manner. Furthermore, MLL can transform to an angiosarcoma. A case is presenting a patient with massive localized lymphedema that had been surgically removed and sent to the routine pathohistological analysis which confirmed the diagnose.
