Sažetak
The presented work substantiates the key advantages of the introduction of the quality management system into the general management system of the organization. In particular, it is determined that: the company’s resources are becoming more concentrated on meeting the needs and expectations of consumers ; processes are being optimized in the management system ; the development of documentation necessary for the release or sale of safe, complete and high-quality products is carried out, f. i. cost of internal resource. A direct relationship between the improvement of the quality of management and products and the improvement of the company’s business process system has been established.
