Sažetak
Mathematical modelling and computer simulation of TTT-diagrams of steel is good tool for optimization and control of results of steel heat treatment. But, isothermal decomposition of austenite is physically one of the most complex engineering processes. Equations for prediction of austenite decomposition into ferrite, pearlite or bainite were proposed. The established kinetic equations were applied in the prediction of microstructure composition of steels. Inversion methods for estimation of the kinetic parameters in equations of isothermal decomposition of austenite were established. The parameters involved in kinetic expressions were quantified based on chemical composition of steel. In the modelling of steel hardness, it was assumed that the pearlite hardness depends on the carbon content in a steel and on the undercooling below the austenite-ferrite equilibrium temperature. The martensite hardness depends mostly on the carbon content in a steel, when the hardness of bainite is depends of temperature of austenite decomposition and it is related with hardness of martensite and fine pearlite of actual steel. By the comparison of predicted results of computer simulation of TTT- diagrams with experimentally predicted TTT-diagrams of considered steels, it can be concluded that developed method could be successfully applied in prediction of TTT-diagrams of steels.
