Sažetak
Violence against women in digital spaces has its forms and scale and harmful consequences on women's lives. Now, we are aware that all forms of violence against women should be understood within the framework of gender–based discrimination. Why is that? The basic idea of gender-based discrimination is that women and girls are stereotypically inferior with respect to men and boys.It is important to say that the digital dimension of violence against women is not a new phenomenon, but it is deeply rooted in cultural norms and structural violence over women and girls. At the same time, it is a dynamic phenomenon, which is constantly developing and taking on new forms. It can also be argued that this form of violence is a deep violation of human rights of women and girls.
