Sažetak
The paper shows the frequency and type of changes in the organisational architecture due to the implementation of ICT, in accordance with the basic characteristics of the surveyed companies. The research methods used in the paper are induction, deduction, quantitative analysis and synthesis, description, compilation, survey and statistical method and non-hierarchical clustering method in more than 200 companies of different sizes, numbers of employees, geographical position and activities. The research was conducted by analysing nine different variables and, through eleven iterations, five different clusters were derived. The selected variables are: size of changes in organisational structure, size of changes in business processes, size of changes in enterprise strategy, size of changes in human resources, company size, total income value, number of ICTs used, change of strategy and changes in the number of employees. The contribution of this paper is to determine the quantitative and qualitative impact of the implementation of ICT on the organisational architecture and in the grouping of companies according to the impact of ICT on certain elements of the organisational architecture. The practical contribution of the work is reflected in the research methodology and the ability to use the research results in companies of all sectors of the economy and of all sizes. The paper can be an incentive to explore the impact of ICT in other areas of human activities.
