Sažetak
It is discussed on the direct and indirect consequences of the „Springtime of Nations“ (1848) in an individual’s life in Croatia. Especially, it is elaborated how the introduction of ABGB in 1853 in the Triune Kingdom, as one of the reactions to the 1848 Revolution, having many long lasting consequences for an individual, also brought about the full reception of Roman law and the revival of Roman legal tradition.
