Sažetak
In this work, Johansson type wavelength dispersive x-ray spectrometer for high energy resolution measurements in the tender x-ray range was used to record proton induced Kalpha and Kbeta spectra of different phosphorus compounds ranging from -3 (phosphide) to +5 oxidation state (phosphate). The overall experimental resolution was around 0.5 eV comparable to the phosphorus level width. The measured spectra exhibit pronounced chemical effects in correlation with phosphorus oxidation state. In order to provide theoretical interpretation of the measured data, quantum chemical calculation using StoBe-deMon molecular/cluster software package, based on the density functional theory were performend.
