Sažetak
Results of breakdown voltage tests do not depend only on properties of measured samples and standardised test conditions. They also depend on duration of breakdown voltage measurements. The report presents usage of reference values which eliminate influence of duration of breakdown voltage tests. The reference values bring the corrected results nearer to the physical property of breakdown strength and reduce the error of the measuring method. For computing life parameters, the accuracy of results of breakdown voltage measurements is very important.
