Sažetak
Adolescents develop their cognitive, emotional, and social skills in the family at a young age due to the time of rapid neurodevelopment. Individuals are able to engage and interact with others owing to these gained skills that are transferred from the family structure to the social context. Adolescence is a period of life that offers a critical chance to enhance memories from childhood while seeking to lay out a clear path to adulthood. Teenagers' relationships with their physical and social environments are crucial to their well-being and health. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the relationship between adolescents' perceived subjective health and the level of life satisfaction as evaluated by the saturation with school obligations. By focusing on the significance of educational commitments, eating habits, physical activity, obesity, and usage of digital technological devices, this review attempts to understand the impact of social and health conditions in adolescence through the acceptance of life commitments. in view of the increasing concentration of digital technologies in society, and especially the desire of young people to use them more and more, the fact that the usage of such devices could affect their school obligations. According to research on how living conditions affect how much one accepts school obligations, time spent using electronic devices, subjective health, and level of life satisfaction are all seriously affected by school obligations, but no significant impact on physical activity or eating habits has been shown. Data from the Croatian Institute for Public Health were used for the analysis.
