Sažetak
Dr. Eduard Luka Miloslavić (Edward Lucas Miloslavich) was a prominent Croatian American and international expert in the field of forensic medicine. As such, he participated in the work of the International Medical Commission in the spring of 1943, which significantly contributed to the discovery of the facts about the Katyn Forest Massacre. His participation and work in Katyn confirmed his status as an expert, but also forced him to leave Croatia at the end of the war. Returning to the United States, he was able to testify before the Madden Committee in 1952, thus contributing to the rediscovery of forgotten facts about Katyn.
