Sažetak
In recent years, much research has been done on the benefits arising from open government data (OGD). With open data initiatives supporting public participation in decision-making, this paper aims to analyze how well an end user using open data can contribute to the policy on the improvement of kindergarten infrastructure in the city of Zagreb and make it more aligned with the population’s needs. To provide an answer, the analysis is divided into two parts, Data quality and availability, and Public Engagement in policy- making.
