Sažetak
Detection of MCI (mild cognitive decline) in daily GP (general practitioner) practice is increasingly itriguing subject as the prevalence of cognitive decline rises with rising proportion of elderly population. It has been shown that the most relevant screening tests MMSE and MoCA can be implemented in daily routine of general practitionier we investigated the ways to implement it as a regular activity. Consequtiv patients coming to GP office older than 65 have been tested with MMSE and MoCA. Total of 345 patients have been included. Avarage time to fill MMSE was 7, 5min and for MoCA 11, 2 min. We did not observe any major problems in implementing these tests during daily routine of GP.
