Sažetak
An increasing number of dementia patients affects general practitioner practice (GP) to great extent. Increasing number of elderly increase the burden of adequate work-up of cognitive probelm and coping with their problems of daily life during rutine daily practice.GP is on the same time idealy positioned in the health care system to detect early signs of cognitive decline. Most widely used test in detecting cognitive decline MMSE and MoCA can be successfuly implented during daily practice of GP.
