Sažetak
The proposed topic and abstract are focused on the legal development and enforcement of Croatian consumer law. The paper will demonstrate that the real incentive for enforcing Croatian consumer law occurred 10 years ago with initiation of the first consumer protection collective redress proceeding relating to CHF credit agreements. The paper will therefore focus on the first Croatian consumer collective redress proceeding and analyse the problems standing in the way of effective consumer protection in Croatia.
