Sažetak
The authors presented 20 patients with papulo-pustular rosacea and the results of treatment with Roaccutan:0.5 mg/kg/day during 4 months. During the treatment phase, the therapeutic progress was assessed at monthly intervals (after 1-4 months). Each visit included an assessment of local and systemic adverse events as determined by both the patient and a physician. At the end of therapy, patients may contribute to defining an optimal role of Roaccutan in papulo-pustular rosacea treatment strategies. Today in such cases of rosacea the use of retinoids is one of the best mlodality of treatment.
