Sažetak
Laparoscopic cholecysteclomy was once believed to be contraindicated for acude cholecyslitis. With advance of laparoscopic surgery the opinions are changing. Some controversy still remains, especially about the safety of this approach to identify the anatomy adequately in the edematous tissue tound with acute cholecystitis. Our policy is to start all cholecysteclomies laparoscopidally with exception of patients not suitable for creation of pneumoperitoneum because of anaesthesiological contraindications. A conversion in the presence of marked inflamalion and diflioully in visualising normal anatomy we not consider as a complication, Some technical details like ; needle aspiration to decompress the gallbladder, aqua dissection, endobag during preparation to catch the stones when gallbladder is open are very useful in operating on acule cholecystitis. The goal of this paper is to repod on 500 cholecystectomies performed by two authors Patients with acute cholecystitis are compared to simple laperoscopic cholecystectomies in statistical analysis.
