Sažetak
Combination of laparoscopy and colonoscopy appear to oller many new advantages in diagnosis and therapy of colon diseases in the era of laparoscopic surgery. During laparoscopic colon operations simultaneous colonoscopy oilers a uselull tool in localising pathologic process, it replaces a lack of intraoperative palpalion by surgeon. Simultaneous laparoscopy and colonoscopy make II possible to treal lesion endoscopically that ofherwios would necessitale operalive treatment. Colonoscopy make possible that laparoscopic segmental resection ol colon would be precise and accurate. We performed lap, aslsL colonoscopy in a palienl with previous operation and irradiation of abdomen to make total colonoscopy possible. Patient presented with rectal bleeding aim of Ihis procedure was to make a diagnosis and it necessary to treat the condition [aparoscopic, We conclude, that laparoscopic assisted colonoscopy helps in making total colonossopy if not possible and offers simultaneously minimal invasive treatment of pathology discovered.
