Sažetak
Adverse reactions to lumbar myelography with iohexol were analysed in 241 patients. The observed adverse reactions consisted of headache, nausea, vomiting, leg and back pain at the puncture site. Significantly greater adverse reactions were documented in younger patients (<50 years ; p<0.01) and in patients punctured with a lager needle (p<0.001).
