Sažetak
Local energy trading (LET) in electrical distribution grid is a concept that implies energy trading between active participants on a local level. Along with it, some market operators and distribution system operators (DSOs) consider adoption of a transactive energy paradigm in distribution system management by providing dynamic price signals to prosumers located in low- voltage grid, based on the conditions in the medium and high-voltage grid. The aim is to increase distribution network reliability on market principles. This work presents a framework for participation of DSOs in LET. LET is simulated as an auction-based platform over a modified IEEE European Low Voltage Test Feeder where methods for active DSO's participation are tested and impacts on power flows and voltages researched. In the case study analysis, the implementation of LEM doubled the local solar PV production in a point where all households had solar PV s and no upstream exports were allowed. The contributions to prevention of voltage deviations were also achieved, but regular voltage management under this paradigm would require new tasks for the DSOs.
