Sažetak
The criticism of our article on the role of choroid plexsuses (CPs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics, by Keep et al. (2018) , concerns our conclusion/discussion that CPs are not the main place of CSF formation. We have argued that the vast capillary network of the brain and spinal cord are responsible for continuous fluid exchange everywhere in the CSF system and CPs participate in this process in accordance with the capacity of their bloodstream ( Orešković et al., 2017 ).
