Sažetak
A time-of-flight measurement system with a laser as the optical source and an avalanche photodiode as the optical receiver is described. The results of time interval statistical data analysis have been used to improve the accuracy of the time-of-flight measurement system. That obtained the time resolution of 40 ps and the accuracy of ą 20 ps at single-shot measurements.
