Sažetak
Atomistic quantum transport (NEGF) simulator coupled to Top-of-the-Barrier (TOB) or Virtual-Source (VS) ballistic FET model. Hamiltonians are obtained from DFT by wannierization (MLWFs) thus enabling first-principles simulations of nanoscale ballistic FETs.
