Sažetak
We observed a higher number of detected marker masses for laboratories performing regular hardware service compared to laboratories which do not.We have shown that laboratory procedures impact spectral quality. Based on the data acquired within this study, we have developed protocols, likely able to increase mass spectral quality. This will be assessment in follow up measurements at all laboratories.
