Sažetak
The aim of this paper is on the corpus of curricula of compulsory methodological courses at ten studies of Croatistics held at six universities in the Republic of Croatia to reveal the level of their compliance with the newly emerging educational policy within the Curriculum Reform and curriculum theory, which has officially, i.e., legally replaced the current didactic tradition. The analysis criteria relate to the organization of the teaching process in the academic year 2021/2022, terminological compliance of faculty curricula in relation to the subject areas of the school subject Croatian language according to the subject curriculum, and implementation of the subject curriculum as a fundamental document of educational policy in the list of required literature for students. The research results indicate the predominance of the didactic paradigm in the education of Croatian language teachers and the inconsistency with the existing educational umbrella documents, which warns of the importance of partnership between educational policy authors, methodologists and practitioners.
