Sažetak
This paper presents the beginning of research on biodegradable polymers for nonwovens in the field of agrotextiles. For that purpose, an analysis of the degradation time of polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabrics using the buried test have been initiated. For the first part of investigation, PP nonwoven fabrics, with mass per unit area of 25, 30, 40, 50 and 80 gm-2, were exposed in the soil for 1 month, 2 months and 3 months under real weather conditions and an analysis of changes in their properties compared to unexposed samples was performed.
