Sažetak
The Covid-19 virus pandemic that began in 2020 has led to significant changes in almost every aspect of human and economic life in the world. It is considered that tourism is one of the most affected industries, given that tourism is based on the movement of individuals, and movement was largely limited in the pandemic period. Proper management of tourist destinations is based on their promotion and communication with emitting markets. The most common tools for promotion are advertising and public relations and most of the funds of tourist boards are spent on these activities. The development of digital trends in tourism, which began long before the Covida-19 pandemic, proved to be a major ally of tourist boards and a major medium of communication with emitting markets. The country's tourist boards used online communication to launch campaigns and inform tourists during the pandemic. This paper aims to investigate and analyze the online tourism communication of the Croatian National Tourist Board during the Covida-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis will be compared with the main opponents of Croatian tourism - Greece and Spain.
