Sažetak
This paper deals with two topics: it presents the approach to the teaching of legal theory in Croatia by presenting the theory that has shaped the approach at one of its law faculties. The theory in question is the integral theory of law (integralna teorija prava), de- veloped by Croatian legal philosopher Nikola Visković as a variant of the three-dimensional theory of law, under the influence of Argentinian legal philosopher Carlos Cossio and his egological theory of law. The paper begins with a brief contextualisation of the legal culture and legal education in Croatia, followed by the presentation of key ideas of an integral theory of law and the theoretical influences on it, followed by the approach to teaching legal theory from the framework of an integral theory of law.
