Sažetak
Solving applied metallurgical problems using well-known standard approaches is a complex problem, which can be overcome only through the use of modern multiprocessor computer technologies. High performance computing allows you to solve multidimensional problems, as well as tasks that require a large amount of processor time. Speed makes it possible to effectively manage technological processes or even create prerequisites for the development of new promising technological processes. The multiprocessor computing system is connected via an information bidirectional communication interface to the process control unit. The technological process of metal processing acquires such advantages as high productivity, reduction of energy consumption and automated control of technological parameters of metal processing.
