Sažetak
This paper answered the question of the effectiveness of government entrepreneurial programs in boosting women’s economic and social position in Eastern European countries. This was achieved by looking at the presence and quality of these programs and examining the connections between them and the overall TEA index, Female /Male TEA index and the Gender Inequality index.
