Sažetak
Cruise ship with a capacity of passengers that exceeds 3.500 guests, are common visitors at Port of Kotor. Cruise ships with a large amount of passengers are considered as a central element of mass cursing tourism, with a considerable impact on the environment. Sea vessels produce various types of waste, such as: bilge water, ballast water and the emission of toxic gases that are common for the considerable part of the naval industry. Other kinds of waste, such as wastewater and solid waste, can be one of the points of the rising concern for the passenger vessels in comparison to the rest of the naval industry. Along with the rise of sea vessels and their capacity, the need for the more involved application of risk assessment tools aimed towards identifying the possible source of pollution. Through the use of sea vessel wastewater risk assessment model based on sea vessels that visit and stay at the Port of Kotor and Boka Bay, it is possible to identify and assess the risk level of sea pollution through sea vessel wastewater, hence why the focus of this paper is the determination of the source of pollution (sea vessel), as well as the determination of the location of pollution (vulnerable area) in order to asses the risk of sea vessel wastewater pollution.
