Sažetak
Dissociative convulsions and fugues are responses to a traumatic experience, as well as all dissociative disorders. We will present a patient who, in addition to dissociative disorders, also has agenesis of the corpus callosum. It is a predisposition for the development of dissociative disorders. To date, no patient with agenesis of corpus callosum and fugue has been described. Although such fugues are rare, agenesis can also be an organic cause of fugue. Along with psychotherapy and psychopharmacotherapy, there was a significant improvement in the patient's mental state. Our present knowledge of psychopharmacotherapy is very scarce. In the field of therapeutic interventions, and especially psychopharmacotherapy, additional extensive research is needed.
