Sažetak
Every organization, no matter how big or small, uses a variety of capital to enable the business to function. At the same time, capital refers to funds, valuables or goods that are used to generate income for companies. For example retail stores use registers and inventories, while consulting firms often own their own software and corresponding buildings. Regardless of the industry, all companies must have employees who will enable them to acquire capital as well as the overall functioning of the company. Furthermore, human resources management represents the process of hiring employees, their training as well as compensation for damages, development of policies and strategies that will keep employees in the organization. The human resources management process has undergone many changes during the last twenty years, giving it a greater role within organizations. In earlier times, human resource management was only about processing payroll, sending birthday gifts and filling out forms correctly. As a result of the above, it was an administrative role, and this area did not have a strategic role that is essential for the success of the entire company.
