Sažetak
Good user experience (UX) is an important signifier of users’ intention to use a system. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, user interface aesthetics, security and satisfaction are important aspects of UX in the context of digital music streaming services, such as Spotify, YouTube Music and Deezer. To develop a model for UX evaluation of these services, an empirical study was carried out, with randomly selected regular users of music streaming services answering a questionnaire which was used to evaluate a proposed framework. The relationships between constructs were tested using the partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM) algorithm. The analysis confirmed the proposed hypotheses, the findings were laid out and discussed, and further research was suggested.
