Development for multimedia curriculum: Media project as a constructivist environment for creativity
Sažetak
The article is based on a media project - " ; Feshtetic' s Castle" ; , whose focus was on building a constructivist environment for learning in and outside the classroom. In order to understand the media project, students (and teachers) were engaged in the development process of monitoring, organization and final realization of the media project. The constructivist approach in the project was partly based on multimedia technology and project-based learning. Concrete practical materials were created in the project as proof of learning outcomes. This approach enables students to develop skills and competencies where students become active participants in self-chosen learning processes. The results show a positive attitude of the students towards the project approach and work, as they develop collaborative skills and creativity, as well as critical thinking. In addition to the acquisition of new knowledge, the success of the project form of teaching and the acquisition of new knowledge are important to them. They cite their own solutions and work atmosphere as the most positive personal aspects of this approach to learning.
