Fast growing information technology and dependency on global internet opened a new challanges for national security. It created vulnerabilities which can be exploited by the state and non-state actors.Countries around the world build defensive, offensive and exploitive cyber capabilities and create cyber weapons. Cyberspace has become militarized.Cyber power as a broader term which includes capabilities to protect and exploit cyberspace has become important factor of political, economic and military considerations and part of overall nations power.
