Sažetak
This paper deals with collaboration, which has multiple sub-dimensions: cooperation, mutual understanding, joint efforts and feedback, in the supply chain in tourism. Its main purpose is to investigate whether the incorporate series of entities that participate in the production and delivery of tourism service cooperate in supply chains and whether they make that in a responsible way. The results of the qualitative study on the sample of 50 Croatian hotel managers confirmed that they recognized the importance of collaboration with their suppliers and local community but that there is still a prevalence of economic initiatives over environmental and social ones.
