Sažetak
The purpose of this research was to established the expert model of learning and valuation the most important operators for teaching dynamic skiing turn in advanced skiing school. Participants were 20 skiing experts from different states. After the experts model was established, experts selected 6 most important operators for teaching. According with goal of reasearch, nonparametric hi-kvadrat test () was used, and statistical importance (p) of difference was tested between frequencies expert choosing the most important operators for teaching dynamic skiing turn, and their mutual difference based on nationality was examined. By natural selection, ranking was made, and selection of the most important operators for teaching dynamic skiing turn. After data processing, statistical differences were significant in frequencies in which experts choose most important operators (= 20, 13 ; p=0, 04), while the differences between the values of most operators where not established (=1, 38 ; p=0, 93). Differences based on nationality were not established. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that the experts constituted homogenous group of participants, and in spite of the structural differences and specificities within each ski schools are equally recognized and valued those operators who contain the basic characteristics of effective lessons. This research is foundation for future modeling which is made selection of significant errors and exercises for their elimination, and their hierarchical classification.
