Sažetak
My general goal in this paper is to show that major components of the folk theory of the mind are organized in terms of force-dynamics, as described by Len Talmy (1988). More specifically, I will analyze the domains of emotion, morality and rational thought, and their interrelationship. Methodologically, the study is based on the cognitive linguistic view of metaphor and follows standard procedures in that tradition.
