Sažetak
With generations that grew up playing video games taking more and more job positions in all industries, gamification of industrial processes is being seen as a method of improving work efficiency and job satisfaction. Despite the growing interest in gamification, few studies have considered its integration into the manufacturing industry. This paper provides a quantitative overview of the literature focused on the use of gamification in manufacturing since 2015. These findings demonstrate a positive trend in the number of papers focused on gamification of industrial processes. Our paper provides a basis for further exploration of recent studies.
