Sažetak
This is a peper, a product of the work on the Project conducted at the CEA of the University of Miskolc, Hungary. The major aim of the paper was to elaborate potential clashes between the right to privacy and religious freedoms as well as situations where security issues can interfere with both, privacy law and religious freedoms. In the opinion of the author religios freedoms, in the first instance, should prevail, as those freedoms who are essential political (constitutional rights). In this paper used Ronald Dworkin's tools and argumentation, but with somehow (and obvious) different results. Those rights are however limited in cases of serious security concerns and/or public morals.
