Conducted research defines the top three quality management criteria, which refer to customer and market focus results of hotel business and measurement, analysis, and knowledge management. The quality management index of hotel operations is 3.42. The usage of the false seven quality management criteria influences the efficiency of operational hotel business for the modern market competition ; the quality management index could be significantly improved
